Terms of Use, Exchange, Return and Warranty Policy

1- You can return or exchange your order within 7 days of receiving it, and the product must be in its original condition, in its original box and packaging, and unused and unopened.

2- The warranty includes any manufacturing defect and is subject to the agent’s warranty policy in Saudi Arabia. The customer can visit the agent’s service center. If there is no agent’s service center in your city, we can serve the customer by sending the product to our store’s headquarters in Dammam, and we will send it to the agent’s service center on your behalf while bearing the cost of shipping to and from. The customer at the customer's expense.

3-The warranty does not include breakage, misuse, or exposure of the product to liquids, humidity, or high temperature.

4-If the customer wishes to return the order or product within the period specified above, the customer will bear the cost of delivery back and forth from the customer to our store headquarters.

In Dammam, with payment fees upon receipt, if any.

5-If the stock is not available, the store will return the amount of the order value to the customer’s account within a maximum period of 7 days.
